THE ORDER

We will be going out for deliveries every Monday and Friday starting at 12pm. you may place an order any day and it will be shipped to you the following Monday or Friday. you are allowed to order on Monday or Friday but the order must be made before 11.45 am. once you have placed your order it will be set aside in the shop so that we can guarantee that all of your products are available for shipping.

On Monday morning, and Friday morning we will go through all of the orders and create a priority list from when the orders were placed. we will then plan out our route. and then will give a text out to everyone letting them know an estimated arrival time, and will send out any further text if we expect or delays or will arrive early.

When you have paid for the order, you will automatically receive an email verifying your order.

SHIPMENT

Once we have arrived at your location, one of our representatives will text you letting you know that we have arrived. we will need you to provide you I.D and the card that you paid online with, so that we can verify your information, once that has been completed we will need your signature to confirm that you have received your order.

If you have a reason that you need to cancel or return items, PLEASE CALL our shop number and provide your name and the last 4 digits of the card that you paid with, and we will process the refund/cancelation in the shop while we have you on the phone and the refund will be sent to your card that you paid with.

ISSUES

First try to clean all connections. From mod firing pin to bottom of tank, then bottom of coil to inside base of tank. If issues persist, try a new coil. If nothing then try a back up tank you know works. If nothing then buy a new mod. If the backup tank fires then pick up a new tank.

The light may still show a glow up to 2 seconds with some brands, but the sizzle should stop before you put it to your ear.

When the battery starts to die faster and faster between charges, it has dents or ripped wraps.
